Equavibe is a macOS application that provides real-time audio visualization through a Neon UI overlay. The software captures system audio and displays visual feedback locally on your device.

3. Privacy and Data

Equavibe is built with a privacy-first approach. All audio processing and visualization occur locally on your Mac. We do not collect, store, or transmit any audio data, screen content, or personal information.

4. Permissions

To function, the app requires standard macOS Screen Capture permissions. This is used solely to capture internal system audio for visualization and does not involve recording or sharing your screen contents.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
